Job summary

Worldwide TechServices LLC is seeking a Dynamic Server Support technician to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, deskside, ESF, and servers while directly interfacing with clients to address technical issues. The role emphasizes prompt, accurate problem-solving and adherence to service policies.

Ideal candidates have technical school certification or equivalent, 0–2 years of experience, and OEM certifications. Willingness to travel and lift equipment is required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent; 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting per policies.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful client service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand and follow Safety policies daily.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
