Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks a Dynamic Server Support technician to troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, deskside systems, ESF and servers. You will interact directly with clients to resolve issues quickly, meet SLA targets, and document all calls and activities.

The role requires technical schooling, 0-2 years of experience, and willingness to travel to client locations incl. long distances and occasional overnight assignments. Valid driver’s license and basic repair toolkit are needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Answer client questions in a professional manner
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA
• Complete all administrative tasks documented in policies
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow policies, guidelines, and documents for each client
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment
• Report all activity accurately and timely
• Understand Safety policies and work within guidelines
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
