Worldwide TechServices is seeking a senior Dynamic Server Support technician to troubleshoot and repair client desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and servers at client locations. You will interact with clients, document issues, and ensure timely resolutions.

Travel to client sites is required; a valid driver’s license and a basic repair toolkit are essential. OEM certifications are preferred, and you will support multiple client environments with adherence to safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Technical school certification or equivalent required, 0–2 years related experience preferred.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

• Provide customer support for designated equipment and service calls.
• Meet SLAs and customer satisfaction criteria.
• Complete administrative tasks and timely reporting for each call.
• Follow client policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Drive to client locations and work on-site as required.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
