Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own project-level workstreams that scale our Enterprise Sales organization. You will partner with Sales Operations leaders, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to reduce friction in the sales pipeline and help our Enterprise sellers spend more time in the field.

You’ll be the go‑to source for project-level data and reporting and will use AI to accelerate analysis and decision‑making across the team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role.
• Ability to own project-level workstreams end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Strong written communication and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with sales tech ecosystem.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Own project-level workstreams end-to-end enabling the Enterprise Sales team to spend more time in the field.
• Refine intake and prioritization for sales requests, reducing pipeline friction.
• Identify pain points for Enterprise sellers and propose practical solutions.
• Serve as the go-to source for project-level data and reporting, building dashboards and analyses.
• Collaborate across internal departments to drive revenue and profitability for Enterprise customers.
• Define project-level strategy and roadmap within function-wide workstreams.
