You’ll partner with Sales Ops leaders, AEs, and cross‑functional teams to reduce friction in the pipeline and enable more time in the field, using AI to accelerate analysis and decisions. This remote role is open to US residents, with some geographic restrictions noted.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Ability to own project-level workstreams end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales tech.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling for leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own project-level workstreams end-to-end to enable Enterprise Sales teams.
• Partner with Sales Ops leaders and Account Executives to refine intake and prioritization of requests.
• Identify pain points and propose practical solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Serve as the go-to source for project data, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Strategy to drive revenue improvements.
• Define project strategy and roadmap within cross-functional workstreams.
• Leverage AI to automate routine analysis and speed decision-making.
• Build and track KPIs with management and flag risks.
