Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own project-level workstreams that scale systems supporting Enterprise Account Executives. You will partner with Sales Operations leaders, AE teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to reduce friction in the sales pipeline and accelerate data-driven decision making using AI.

This remote role is open to US candidates (except certain metro areas) and offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth, public company on the path to $1B+

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a dynamic environment.
• Own project-level workstreams end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Strong written communication and ability to present analysis to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with the broader sales tech ecosystem.
• Experience with Lead‑to‑Cash systems and business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; business/finance/economics/engineering focus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project-level workstreams end-to-end that enable Enterprise Sales to spend more time in the field.
• Refine intake and prioritization process for sales requests to reduce pipeline friction.
• Identify pain points for Enterprise sellers and propose practical solutions.
• Serve as go-to source for project-level data and reporting—build dashboards and analyses.
• Collaborate across Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Sales Strategy to improve revenue and profitability.
• Define project strategy and roadmap within function-wide workstreams and report progress to leadership.
