Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineering leader to guide a team of Sales Engineers, mentor talent, and drive technical excellence across merchant integrations.

You will actively contribute to deals, support live technical discovery, and collaborate with merchant leaders when leadership is required. The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, building expertise in Affirm products and APIs, and coaching teams to deliver robust integrations in sandbox environments.

Formación

• 4-6+ years in Sales Engineering or comparable customer-facing technical role.
• 3-4 years of people management experience.
• Hands-on with API-based integrations and at least one programming language.
• Strong communication skills with developers, business and leaders.
• Ability to lead deals while staying hands-on in technical conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Engineers, setting expectations for proficiency and performance.
• Participate in deals, supporting live technical discovery, integration discussions, and presentations.
• Partner with merchant technical and business leaders when leadership is needed.
• Develop deep knowledge of Affirms products, APIs, and integration options and explain tradeoffs.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot integrations in sandbox environments and coach the team.
