Kobie is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to bolster our GTM motion from a remote-friendly hub. You will craft deal-ready artifacts, playbooks, and training content with a focus on speed, quality, and scale.

Travel up to a limited extent may be required for key engagements. You’ll partner with Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing to ensure assets meet brand standards and drive faster win rates.

Competenze

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or related content and sales-support function.
• Proven ability to produce polished, on-brand sales and training decks in PowerPoint.
• Experience building and maintaining RFP/RFI responses and libraries.
• Experience creating enablement content using AI tools (Claude, etc.).
• Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, and loyalty/martech concepts.

Mansioni

• Produce deal-driven sales artifacts (RFPs, RFI responses, pitch content, demos) on demand.
• Draft objection-handling guides, talk tracks, and decision trees for sales teams.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Create enablement and training videos (Synthesia) for repeatable learning content.
• Maintain RFP response repositories and ensure libraries are current and accessible.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting and improve output quality.
• Compile competitive intelligence and translate findings into actionable positioning.
• Maintain accurate content records in HubSpot for pipeline visibility.
• Version-control a single source of truth for sales content.
