Job summary

Kobie Marketing seeks a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to empower Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing with high‑impact sales artifacts and training content.

You will produce RFP responses, playbooks, and competitive materials in close collaboration with the GTM Enablement team, driving faster deal cycles and scalable enablement. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed, reporting to the GTM Enablement group.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or related content support.
• Experience building RFP/RFI responses and answer libraries under deadlines.
• Able to translate complex solutions into client-ready narratives and polished decks.
• Familiar with AI-assisted content workflows and CRM data management.

Responsibilities

• Produce deal-driven artifacts on demand, including RFP/RFI responses and pitch content.
• Draft objection-handling guides and playbooks to support sales teams.
• Build and maintain a centralized content library and battlecards for faster enablement.
• Create enablement videos and training content for repeatable learning.
• Maintain accurate content records in HubSpot and govern version control.
