Kobie is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to empower our GTM teams with compelling content, battlecards, and playbooks. You will craft RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and demos, and develop the enablement engine with playbooks, training modules, and a robust content library.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing, leveraging AI tools to accelerate output and maintain a single source of truth for assets. Remote-friendly, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement or related function.
• Proficient in creating polished, on-brand sales and training decks.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate content creation.
• Experience maintaining RFP/RFI responses and answer libraries.
• Ability to manage a shared content library and version-control system.

Mansioni

• Produce deal-driven artifacts on demand (RFPs, RFI responses, pitch content, demos).
• Draft objection-handling guides, talk tracks, and decision trees.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Create enablement videos using Synthesia for self-serve learning.
• Maintain RFP response repository and ensure quick retrieval.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate drafting and summarize competitive inputs.
• Compile competitive intelligence on loyalty/martech vendors and translate to positioning.
• Maintain accurate enablement data in HubSpot for deal support.
• Organize a single source of truth for sales content with version control.
• Track usage/feedback and improve assets based on impact.
