Job summary

Kobie is hiring a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to empower our GTM teams across National remote locations. The role partners with Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing to craft compelling sales artifacts, train teams, and maintain a centralized content library.

You will build deal-ready materials, optimize playbooks, and leverage AI tools to accelerate output while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. This is a remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement or related content and sales-support function.
• Experience building and maintaining RFP/RFI responses in Loopio.
• Ability to create polished, on-brand sales and training decks in PowerPoint.
• Experience creating enablement and training videos in Synthesia.
• Ability to apply Claude and other AI tools to accelerate content.
• Maintains sales and content data in HubSpot.
• Builds sales playbooks, battlecards and objection-handling guides.
• Compiles competitive intelligence and translates findings for teams.
• Organizes and version-controls a shared content library.

Responsibilities

• Produce deal-driven sales artifacts on demand (RFP/RFI responses, pitch content, demo support).
• Draft and tailor objection-handling guides and talk tracks for Live selling scenarios.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Produce sales training content and enablement videos.
• Maintain RFP response repository and ensure libraries are current and retrievable.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate drafting and improve output quality.
• Compile competitive intelligence and translate into team-ready positioning.
• Maintain accurate enablement data in HubSpot to support deals.
• Organize a single source of truth for sales content with version control.
• Track usage and feedback to optimize assets over time.
