Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive for IT Support Products. This remote US role requires 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, a proven prospecting ability, and strong cross-team collaboration. You will own territory, drive expansions and renewals, and coordinate with Sales Engineering, product, and legal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery.
• Self-motivated with proactive communication across internal teams and timely follow-up.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer on-sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: manage assigned territory toward quota.
• Expansion and renewals: upsell, protect revenue with Renewals team.
• New business: build net-new pipeline with BDR support.
• Collaboration: involve Sales Engineering, product, legal for deals.
• Partner selling: work with resellers and strategic partners.
• Sales discipline: plan, qualify, forecast, and keep Salesforce current.
