Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to own a defined territory, drive net-new pipeline, and grow existing accounts from it to meet quota. You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, PMs, and legal to win deals, while partnering with Renewals to protect revenue.

Remote US-based role requiring 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, and ability to travel occasionally for on-sites and events. Competitive benefits and comprehensive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery.
Self-motivated with proactive communication across internal teams and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

Territory ownership: manage assigned territory toward quota.
Expansion and renewals: upsell, upgrade, and protect revenue with Renewals team.
New business: build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR through weekly strategy sessions.
Collaboration: bring in Sales Engineering, PMs, product, legal for each deal.
Partner selling: work with value-added resellers and strategic partners to close business.
Sales discipline: plan, qualify/disqualify quickly, forecast accurately, keep Salesforce current.
