Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive for IT Support Products (SaaS) remotely in the US. You’ll own territory, grow existing accounts through expansions, and build a new pipeline with a dedicated BDR.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, product, legal, and partners to close deals, traveling occasionally for on-site visits and events. Strong SaaS sales experience and Salesforce proficiency are key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery.
• Self-motivated, with clear, proactive communication across internal teams and a consistent follow-up cadence.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned territory and grow it toward quota.
• Expand and renew existing accounts through upsells and upgrades.
• Build net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR through outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, project managers, product, and legal to close deals.
• Partner with value-added resellers and strategic partners to source opportunities.
