Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive for IT Support Products (SaaS) to own a specified US territory from a remote location. You’ll expand existing accounts, renewals, and build net-new pipeline with your dedicated BDR, while coordinating with Sales Engineering, legal, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs.
• Self-motivated with proactive communication.
• Experience using Salesforce with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned territory and drive it toward quota.
• Grow accounts via upsells and renewals alongside Renewals.
• Build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR and outbound cadence.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, PMs, legal, and partners.
• Sell through value-added resellers and strategic partners.
• Plan, qualify, forecast, and keep Salesforce current.
