Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive for IT Support Products (SaaS) to own a US remote territory, grow existing accounts, and build net-new pipeline. You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, project managers, product, and marketing to win deals and ensure customer success.

You’ll travel occasionally for on-site visits and partner events. A 3+ year track record in B2B SaaS sales, consultative discovery, and strong Salesforce skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: take over an assigned territory and manage toward quota.
• Expansion and renewals: grow existing accounts via upsells and protect revenue.
• New business: build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR and outbound prospecting.
• Collaboration: involve Sales Engineering, product, legal, and partners in deals.
• Partner selling: work with value-added resellers and strategic partners.
• Sales discipline: forecast, qualify quickly, and keep Salesforce current.
