Job summary

GoTo is hiring a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS). This remote US role focuses on owning territories, expanding existing accounts, and building new pipelines with a dedicated BDR to drive revenue.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, PMs, legal, and partners to close deals, while maintaining disciplined forecasting in Salesforce. Travel for on-sites and events is expected occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs.
• Self-motivated with proactive communication across internal teams.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and collaborating with BDR, Sales Engineering, and PM teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer on-sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership and quota attainment.
• Expand and renew existing accounts with upsells and renewals.
• Build net-new pipeline with your dedicated BDR and weekly strategy sessions.
• Bring the right people into every deal: Sales Engineering, PMs, legal, contracts, and partners.
• Partner selling with value-added resellers and strategic partners to source and close business.
• Forecast accurately and keep Salesforce current.
