Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to drive growth across a US remote territory. You’ll own accounts, expand and renew, and build net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR, while collaborating with Sales Engineering, product, legal, and regional partners.

Your background features 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, a proven prospecting track record, proactive communication, and comfort with Salesforce. Occasional travel to customer on-sites and partner events is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership and quota management across assigned accounts.
• Expand and renew existing accounts through upsells and renewals.
• Develop net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR and outbound prospecting.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, product, legal, and partners on deals.
• Source and close business with value-added resellers and partners.
• Plan, qualify, forecast, and maintain Salesforce records.
