Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build a next-generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact centers. You will develop the core routing engine, enabling real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, and channels.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, distributed architectures, and cloud-native technologies, collaborating with product, architecture, and CX teams to deliver scalable, low-latency solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with ownership of distributed applications.
• Expert Java and Spring Boot with REST APIs, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience building routing logic for contact center or CX platforms.
• Familiarity with ACD concepts, queue management, and workload balancing.
• Strong API-first design and event-driven architecture in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time routing of voice and digital interactions.
• Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across routing paths and workloads.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration.
• Collaborate with CX domain teams to translate requirements into capabilities.
