Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build a next-generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact centers. You will develop core routing engines and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native tech.

You will collaborate across product, architecture, workforce management, telephony, and CX platform teams to deliver high-concurrency, low-latency routing with strong availability and resiliency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Expert Java and Spring Boot; REST APIs, persistence, security, and performance.
• Routing logic for contact center/CX platforms, ACD concepts, workload balancing.
• API-first design, event-driven architecture, cloud-native engineering.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on CX platform experience and strong technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines in real time.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, admin, monitoring, and integration.
• Collaborate with telephony, messaging, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Define non-functional requirements: availability, security, observability.
• Review designs, identify risks, and guide pragmatic decisions.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable patterns.
