Advocate Health is seeking a leadership professional for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle – Integrity Operations: Facility Coding Denials. The role emphasizes operational leadership, process improvement, and regulatory compliance within a 40-hour work week.

Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in health information management or healthcare administration, RHIA certification preferred, and at least 8 years in mid-revenue cycle with 2+ years in leadership within a large health system.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, or HIM, including 2+ years of leadership experience in a large integrated healthcare system.
• Coding and denials experience in hospital-based inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facility and professional coding, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and third-party reimbursement concepts.
• Experience leading teams, coaching staff, and driving process improvements in a complex healthcare environment.
• Proficient in data analysis, KPI tracking, and use of healthcare analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations within the assigned function area, ensuring alignment with divisional and enterprise-wide goals.
• Operational Efficiency: Evaluate processes to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and support standardized best practices across the Mid-Revenue Cycle.
• Regulatory Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use KPIs to measure effectiveness, track trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage healthcare tech and analytics tools to drive efficiency and decision-making.
