Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle - Integrity Operations: Facility Coding Denials. This full-time role drives daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a team across hospital coding and denials processes.

The position requires 8+ years in mid-revenue cycle operations, leadership experience, and RHIA preferred. Remote work may be approved for many states; compensation aligns with market pay ranges and benefits.

Qualifications

• Facility coding and HIM operational guidelines knowledge.
• 8+ years in mid-revenue cycle operations; 2+ years in leadership.
• RHIA preferred certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations within the assigned function area.
• Improve processes to boost efficiency and standardized best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records.
• Use KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Leverage analytics tools to enhance decision-making across mid-revenue cycle.
• Engage with clinical, IT, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle leaders for alignment.
• Hire, evaluate, and develop team members to foster high performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and system enhancements.
