Advocate Health is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Mid-Revenue Cycle Operations, focusing on inpatient and denials processes. You will drive daily operations, improve efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams across clinical, IT, and finance.

You will manage a team, coach staff, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize performance and patient data integrity, while maintaining enterprise standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Mid-Revenue Cycle expertise, including facility and professional coding.
• Minimum 8 years in mid-revenue cycle operations with 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations within the mid-revenue cycle function.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and standardize best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records.
• Use KPIs to monitor performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Leverage health IT and analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, Compliance and Revenue Cycle leaders for alignment.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Drive strategic initiatives and oversee project timelines.
