Advocate Health seeks a senior leader for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle - Integrity Operations focusing on facility coding denials. This role requires deep inpatient coding and denials experience, RHIA preferred, and a 40-hour work week in a full-time schedule.

You will lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance with KPIs, collaborating with clinical, IT, and compliance teams to optimize revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, or HIM.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a large integrated healthcare system.
• Coding Certification (AAPC or AHIMA) required.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations within the assigned function area, aligning with enterprise goals.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and standardize best practices in the Mid-Revenue Cycle.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records.
