Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 roadside cases from start to finish. You will decide on internal technician calls versus third-party work, address OEM and repair issues, and guide the team to quick uptime improvements.

Qualifikationen

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in Ryder operations (shop) environment preferred.
• 2+ years in Ryder operations customer service exposure preferred.
• 4+ years in transportation maintenance required.
• 2+ years in technical diagnostics and customer resolution exposure related to Ryder fleet.

Aufgaben

• Assess, troubleshoot and remedy vehicle roadside breakdowns with full autonomy.
• Assist with follow ups, escalations and service provider interactions with leadership.
• Provide updated technical knowledge to the maintenance team.
• Mentor the Tier 1 call center team and provide periodic training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
