Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related experience.
• Understanding of a research study and its conduct and objectives.
• High accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality in work.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments with deadlines and tasks.
• Supervise staff and provide performance feedback and development.
• Develop and monitor project timelines; flag off-track tasks.
• Coordinate meetings and vendor contracts; support travel if needed.
• Assist PMO with planning, task delegation, and internal/external work.
• Ensure contract/grant specs compliance with funder and vendors.
• Oversee non-personnel expenditures and budget tracking monthly.
• Document procedures and work instructions within the team.
• Serve as liaison with external collaborators for timelines and tasks.
• Contribute to proposals and grants content; assist with editing.
