Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead a project support team and coordinate cross-group activities. The role supports a remote work arrangement and requires strong communication, budgeting, and contract oversight capabilities.

This position reports to the PMO Manager and is based with the US team. The candidate should have a solid background in health research administration and proven supervisory experience to drive timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Thorough understanding of a research study and its conduct, including technical requirements
• High accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adapt communication to audience
• Prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated supervisory ability
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
• Insert any technical skills requirements
• Insert any industry or specialized experience, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, deadlines, and cross-team interdependencies.
• Provide direct supervision and development support to project staff.
• Assist with development and tracking of project timelines and flag off-track tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including materials and vendor contracts.
• Assist PM with management of internal and external staff and task delegation.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and support.
• Support contract development with funder and vendor/subcontractor contracts.
• Verify and track non-personnel expenditures monthly.
• Develop project procedures and work instructions.
• Serve as liaison between external collaborators and internal teams.
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing.
• Pursue professional development opportunities with PMO.
