Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience or equivalent
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of a research study and its conduct and how project objectives contribute to program goals
• Strong accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality in handling data and tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated supervisory ability and experience managing teams

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
• Provide direct supervision and performance feedback to project staff
• Assist with development and tracking of project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate meetings logistics and vendor contracts; travel as required
• Assist Project Manager with cross-functional planning and task delegation
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and staff support
• Support contract development with funders and ensure compliance with specifications
• Verify and track non-personnel expenditures monthly
• Develop and document project procedures and work instructions
• Serve as liaison between external collaborators and internal teams
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing efforts
• Pursue professional development opportunities and training
