Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project support teams and coordinate timelines across internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of a research study and its conduct, including technical requirements and how objectives contribute to program.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing a team working toward complex goals.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, deadlines, responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Provide direct supervision, performance feedback, and development activities for project team members.
• Assist with development, monitoring, and tracking of project timelines and identify potential delays.
• Ensure completion of project deliverables and milestones.
• Oversee meetings logistics and vendor contract negotiations with external partners, including overnight travel when required.
• Assist the Project Manager with planning and delegation across functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and support across the team.
• Support contract development with funder and ensure compliance in project support work.
• Verify, approve, and track non-personnel expenditures monthly in the financial system.
• Develop and document project procedures and work instructions.
• Serve as liaison between external collaborators and internal teams for timelines and task achievement.
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing; assist with editing and tracking inputs.
• Pursue professional development activities as part of growth.
