Qualifikationen

• PMP certification or equivalent is required or highly preferred.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research is essential.
• Strong understanding of biostatistical, programming, and clinical aspects of health care research.

• Lead the development and governance of project management standards, tools, and best practices.
• Serve as PMO Manager for projects across programs and contract types.
• Provide monthly reporting on project performance and budgets to stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates.
• Coordinate with Senior Contracts Manager on contracts and budgets.
• Manage schedules, risks, deliverables, and communications for complex projects.
