Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively responsible related work experience.
• Strong understanding of a research study and its conduct.
• High degree of accuracy, discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing a team toward complex goals.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, deadlines, and interdependencies across project groups.
• Provide direct supervision, performance feedback, and professional development planning for team members.
• Assist with timelines, monitor progress, and flag potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Ensure completion of deliverables and milestones for the project support team.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings and manage vendor contracts and logistics, including travel when required.
• Support contract development with funders and ensure compliance with grant specifications.
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing efforts as needed.
