Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments with deadlines and interdependencies across groups.
• Supervise project support team members; provide training and performance feedback.
• Develop, monitor, and track project timelines; flag off-track tasks to PMO Manager.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings; manage materials and vendor contracts.
• Assist planning and delegation of tasks across functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and team support.
