Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Understanding of research studies and how project objectives contribute to programs.
• High accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Manage project support team assignments with deadlines and dependencies.
• Provide direct supervision and performance feedback to the project support team.
• Develop and monitor project timelines; flag off-track tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, materials, and vendor negotiations; some travel may be required.
• Assist PMO with planning and delegation across functional teams and ensure contract/grant compliance.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and support for the project management team.
• Support contract development with funder and review expenditures monthly against budget.
• Document procedures and work instructions within the project support team.
• Serve as liaison between external collaborators and internal teams to achieve timelines.
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing.
• Pursue professional development activities through action planning.
