Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Acquisition & Onboarding team within the Consumer org. This is a high-impact leadership role for an engineer who can set technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and elevate the quality and velocity of full stack development across mobile, web, and backend systems.

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading mobile initiatives (React Native or native).
• Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript and full-stack delivery.
• Backend design with Python/Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.

• Own quarterly goals for the team and guide engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics across the lifecycle.
• Ensure on-call readiness, monitoring, and reliable operations.
