Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to deploy and integrate Emergency Call Handling solutions across on-premise and cloud-hosted environments. This remote role requires significant travel (50-75%) across the US and international sites.

You’ll configure systems, verify sites, troubleshoot connectivity, and support customers and partners while documenting changes and participating in cloud migration methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Engineering or Technical environment.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.
• Experience with network and cloud-based troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Provides support to customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
