Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote ECH Field Engineer to deploy and integrate Emergency Call Handling solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. You’ll configure systems, verify sites, test connectivity, document changes, and support customers and partners on production deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering or technical roles, strong cloud/systems experience, and willingness to travel 50–75% (US and international). U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or technical environment
• US work authorization; legal ability to work in the US
• US citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance
• Travel 50-75% in US and internationally

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS
• Perform site verification testing before production cutover
• Troubleshoot site-to-cloud connectivity and integrations
• Support customers and partners during deployment
• Document changes to cloud tenants and APIs
• Contribute to MOPs for cloud migrations and upgrades
• Engage in pre-contract presentations and negotiations
• Maintain knowledge of emerging cloud-native public safety tech
