Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to deploy and integrate Emergency Call Handling solutions across US sites. The role focuses on on-site and cloud-enabled configurations, testing, and post-cut support for on-premise and cloud-hosted systems.

You will work with customers and partners, document configurations, and participate in cloud migrations and system upgrades, requiring strong network, telephony, and virtualization skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency with network, security and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with server and workstation OS administration (Windows, Linux).
• Telephony knowledge related to analog lines and PRI.

Responsibilities

• Configure and verify ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Perform site verification and transition to production environment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Document changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
• Contribute to MOPs for cloud migrations and upgrades.
