Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to lead deployment and integration of Emergency Call Handling solutions across US sites and cloud environments. You will configure, test, and troubleshoot hybrid cloud and SaaS-based ECH deployments while collaborating with customers and partners to ensure smooth production cutovers.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical deployment environment, strong cloud and virtualization skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering/technical deployment.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, server OS, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions per site designs.
• Verify site readiness with on-site and cloud integrations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local infra and cloud environments.
• Support customers and partners during deployment to production.
• Document changes including cloud configs and API integrations.
• Help develop MOPs for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Participate in pre-contract briefs and customer negotiations.
• Maintain expertise in cloud-native public safety technologies.
