Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, with flexibility to support product group hiring as priorities shift.

You will build strong pipelines, partner with hiring managers, drive data-informed decisions, and help scale recruiting processes for global markets while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in a tech or fast-growth environment.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and translating metrics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements to scale impact across global markets.
