Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join the Core Recruiting team within People Success. You’ll own the full lifecycle for senior roles, build pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to design effective search strategies and a great candidate experience.

You will drive data-driven mobility of recruiting across global markets, develop scalable processes, and responsibly use AI with human oversight to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from talent mapping through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and translating metrics into actions.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level roles across your Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to surface bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
