Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and metrics-driven storytelling.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex senior-level roles across Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and candidate experiences.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
