Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&A functions, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting for some of our hardest-to-fill roles.

You'll partner directly with senior leaders to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle recruiting experience across complex, senior roles.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes for global markets.
• Deep knowledge of talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and hard-to-fill roles across Core portfolio.
• Build pipelines through self-sourcing and market research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
