Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. This role owns full-lifecycle recruitment across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, with flexibility to support product group hiring as needs shift.

You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines and drive scalable hiring across global markets. We require 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in a technology environment, the ability to move between business and technical roles,

Qualifications

5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced environment.
Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, shifting between business and technical requisitions.
Deep knowledge of the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to closing.
Data-driven approach to pipeline management and recruiting metrics.
Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio, including G&A and technical requisitions.
Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and strong candidate experiences.
Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve efficiency and bottlenecks.
Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs for global scale.
