You’ll drive data-informed decisions, contribute to process improvements, and flex between business and technical requisitions as priorities shift. This is a remote-first role with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in tech or high-growth environments.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
• Uses AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve outcomes for hiring teams.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs to scale impact.
