Coinbase is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. This role owns end-to-end recruitment across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT, with flexibility to support product groups as needs shift.

You'll partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build pipelines, and drive process improvements that scale recruiting across global markets. Expect a remote-first, but not remote-only environment with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and markets, with flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with actionable metrics.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting across your portfolio. Depending on business needs, you may also support product group hiring, so flexibility across talent markets is key. You'll partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and contribute to process improvements that help the recruiting team scale.

What you'll do:

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, with the flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions as priorities evolve.
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations for hiring managers.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):: $130,900 USD - $154,000 USD
