Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in tech or high-growth environments.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through closing.
• Data-driven approach, translating recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio, with flexibility to support G&A and technical requisitions.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and surface bottlenecks.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs to scale impact across global markets.
