Coinbase is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. This role owns end-to-end recruitment across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT, with flexibility to support product groups as needs shift.

You'll partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build pipelines, and drive process improvements that scale recruiting across global markets. Expect a remote-first, but not remote-only environment with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and markets, with flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with actionable metrics.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio, with flexibility to support G&A and technical requisitions.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate/interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and surface bottlenecks.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs to scale impact across global markets.
