Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join the Core Recruiting team within People Success. You’ll own full-lifecycle recruiting across G&A and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience.

You’ll leverage data to inform pipeline decisions, drive efficiency, and contribute to programs that scale recruiting across global markets, with a remote-first but hybrid work model and quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets while balancing business and technical needs.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing with a focus on experience.
• Data-driven pipeline management and metrics-informed recommendations.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close across your portfolio.
• Build pipelines through self-sourcing and market research to sustain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and use analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements and pilot programs to scale impact globally.
