Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals. The role partners with Sales & BD to craft robust proposals across Biologics, Process & Analytical Development, and Drug Substance/Product offerings, from budgeting to binding contracts.

You will collaborate with SMEs globally, assess customer requirements, and deliver pricing and timelines using costing tools to ensure profitability while meeting program expectations.

Formación

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a matrix-team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/Project/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 10% and occasional non-standard hours.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to develop technical proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, GMP manufacturing, and Drug Product offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract.
• Determine pricing with Sales and Commercial Development for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms with excellent proposal development.
• Manage proposal pipeline and deliver on commitments.
