Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings, coordinating with SMEs and Sales to deliver high-value technical and commercial solutions.

The role involves working with global sites, driving scope changes, and ensuring robust pricing and timelines while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-discipline with high-quality results and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in MS Word/Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to understand needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for biologics and drug product offerings to support clinical and commercial needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Management and SMEs to price and timeline.
• Drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
